For what concerned your pics ...well you can put a pic on your profile , you've to click on the yellow write on your left "Modifica i tuoi dati" than you'll see a button "Sfoglia" (mean "browse") from which you can chose a pic on your pc ( the pic must be not too big ...at last you can try) then you'll see apera a yellow button below the preview "Salva la foto" click on this button and press F5 to refresh ....the pic you cose is now on your profile so everybody can see !!!
